Legal Secretarial Services (LSS) is a newly formed enterprise, established by Mr JW Sims (B.Iuris) & Mrs Stacy Craig, who have a combined history of 45 years in the debt collection environment. Our principle aim is to undertake the legal recovery of debt as prescribed by Section 65 of The Magistrates Court Act 32 of 1944, as amended, while ensuring that the Creditor at all times retains full control over the account and the process, ie at each stage, we act only upon receipt of specific written instruction. We are well versed in all laws and rules of Court that apply to such legal recovery and undertake actions in the various Magistrates Courts in the greater Cape Peninsula area.
During this dire Covid 19 economic environment, we have developed a unique new cost effective methodology governing bad debt recovery, in terms of which we undertake the legal process, in the name of and on behalf of the Client, while you, at all times, retain ABSOLUTE CONTROL and DECISION MAKING over your accounts.
Thus the Creditor decides when a particular action is to be instituted while we undertake such steps as are necessary to bring about set objectives.
We are extremely confident that implementation of processes below will have a huge effect on reducing your debtors’ book, while any comparison of our fees with costs that would be incurred by using the services of Attorneys or Debt Collectors will clearly reveal the distinct advantage to be gained in utilizing our recovery methods.
* Furthermore we would be willing to discuss the possibility of our purchasing (taking cession) your low-end debts (ie R1000 to R2500), at a discounted rate.
Therefore, should you be interested or desire to know more, a meeting can be arranged, at your convenience, in order to discuss your needs and our processes in greater detail.
